Happy Birthday William Shakespeare
The 26th April was William Shakespeare’s birthday.
To celebrate, our library featured a display which showed a timeline of his life.
It also included interesting facts and well known phrases created by Shakespeare that we still use today, for example “Dead as a Doornail” and “Break the Ice”.
